Sikh pilgrim from Delhi dies of heart attack in Lahore

A Sikh pilgrim from Delhi, who had gone to Pakistan on pilgrimage to Sikh religious places, died of a heart attack while he traveling in a train in Lahore in Pakistan on Tuesday.
69-year-old resident of Delhi, Jaswinder Singh suffered a severe heart attack while traveling in the train at Chowki Shahdara Railway Station and died on the spot.
He was part of a group of Sikh pilgrims traveling from Nankana Sahab in Pakistan’s Punjab to Lahore.
More than 400 Sikhs from Punjab and other parts of India had gone to Pakistan to participate in events marking the death anniversary of Guru Arjan Dev at Gurdwara Panja Sahib in Hasanabdal.
