Punjab police arrests man who uploaded video of attack on Pannu

The cyber crime cell of Punjab police on Sunday arrested a man from Ludhiana for allegedly uploaded video that showed senior IAS officer being roughed by pilgrims during relief work in Uttarakhand.
“Gurvinder Singh alias Baba Panesar, a resident of Ludhiana, was arrested in video uploading case in which senior IAS Officer Kahan Singh Pannu was attacked by pilgrims at Gobindghat in Uttarakhand while he was leading relief and rescue work. Gurvinder Singh was produced before a Mohali Court which has remanded him to four days police custody,” said the police adding that he had been booked under sections 66-A IT Act, 295-A, 298, 500, 120-B of IPC.
