PSEB to conduct re-appear/improvement exams of 10th, +2 students from Sept 4

Punjab School Education Board on Friday declared PSEB +2 Supplementary exam result (12th Supplementary result 2015) for which exams were held in July 2015.

Punjab Schools Education Board (PSEB) on Tuesday announced that re-appear and improvement exams of 10th, +2 students of the state will be conducted from September 4 onwards.

A PSEB spokesperson said that 192 examination centers has been setup at Tehsil level in the state and 1,35,376 students will be appear in the examination of improvement opt for additional subject and reappear of class 10th and the students of arts group of class 12th that will starts from September 4.

“PSEB has decided to send the question papers through Punjab National Bank and HDFC Bank to prevent the leakage of question papers from the examination centers,” the spokesperson said, adding that the examination controller and superintendent will collect these question papers on the day of the scheduled examination from the nearest branch of the bank.

He said that the question papers will be sent to various branches of the banks a week before the examination starts and the banks have already being informed about the strength of the students in government schools nearest to them.

“In case, the banks receives less numbers of question papers they could inform the board and more question papers will be sent to the banks. Further, this process will be also implemented during the annual exams to be held in March 2013-14,” he added.

The PSEB had already conducted the exam in July 2013 of Medical and Non-Medical students and 25 centers was setup in all the districts of the state.
