Norms relaxed for IPBS Probationary officers and Management trainee posts

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has relaxed norms for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees (MT) posts (2013-14) and the tests is likely to be conducted in October.
In a notification issued by IBPS, the maximum age for applying for PO/MT posts has been extended upto 30 years while relaxation in age for reserve category candidates is as per government norms.
Further, the earlier condition of possessing 60 percent marks for general candidates and 55 percent for reserved candidates has been abolished. Now, candidates possessing graduation degree from any government recognized university can apply for PO/MT posts.
Interested candidates can apply for these posts till August 17 (online mode) while for filling forms through offline mode is August 22. The fee for general candidates for filing these forms is Rs 600 while the fee for reserve category candidates is Rs 100.
