Punjab to conduct walk-in-interview for special medical officers on July 22

In order to provide better health facilities in government hospitals of the state, Punjab government has decided to conduct walk-in-interview for 394 special medical officers on July 22 at Mohali Phase-VI.
Punjab’s Health and Family Welfare department Principal Secretary Vini Mahajan said that interested eligible candidates for the posts of Anaesthesia, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Medicine, Opthalmology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Pathology, Radiology, Skin & V.D., SPM, TB & Chest and Psychiatry are advised to visit Auditorium of State Institute of Health and Family Welfare Complex located near Civil Hospital in Phase-VI of Mohali (Ajitgarh) on July 22 from 10 am onwards.
“Punjab government had advertised specialized medical officers posts for Anaesthesia (64), General Surgery (39), Gynaecology (46), Medicine (35), Opthalmology (3), Orthopaedics (11), Paediatrics (119), Pathology (10), Radiology (37), Skin & V.D. (4), SPM (2), TB & Chest (6) and Psychiatry (18),” Mahajan said, adding that number of posts may increase or decrease.
She said that interested candidates can get details regarding qualification, experience, category wise vacancies, application form and other instructions from department’s website www.pbhealth.gov.in and they can mail the scanned testimonials to nrc.dhspunjab@gmail.com on or before 14th July. “Candidates are also advised to bring original certificates, print out of filled online application, two Passport Size Photographs at the time of interview,” she added.
