Punjab govt setup helpline to find pilgrims missing in Uttarakhand

Punjab government on Tuesday started a new helpline to find out pilgrims that had went missing in Uttrakhand’s natural calamity.
A Punjab government spokesperson said that the state government had setup three phone numbers 0172-2740397, 0172-2740253 and 0172-2740859 in the control room established at Punjab Civil secretariat, Chandigarh.
“The relatives of the pilgrims who had went missing in Uttrakhand due to flash floods that were caused by incessant rains, can call for any query or information regarding missing persons on these numbers,” added the spokesperson.
