It was a single family affair, a company run by a single family and like-minded coterie said Virbhadra Singh, stressing that till the time, he was the Chief Minister of the State, he won’t allow anyone to encroach upon or confiscate the property of the State in illegal manner, he said.

The HPCA was a body having maximum people from Punjab as its life time members, he said, adding that he was not opposed to as who may be its President or the Chairman or Chief Patron but any sports body or association should be elected in a democratic manner.
Virbhadra Singh said that few leaders in BJP should learn decency from their leader and Union Minister, Shanta Kumar with whom, though we had differences of political ideology but we shared a cordial relation.
