Himachal High Court directions in HRTC Conductors’ recruitment case – See here

Himachal High Court on Wednesday directed all the parties to litigation to not to undertake activities that has direct or indirect bearing on the HRTC Conductors’ recruitment case.

A Division Bench comprising of Chief Justice Mansoor Ahmad Mir and Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan passed these orders on a petition filed by one Shashi Bhushan alleging irregularities and nepotism in the recruitment of conductors in HRTC.

The Court said that it appears that the various parties are making claims in Press conference and are getting news published in HRTC Conductors’ recruitment case, which has direct or indirect effect on this litigation.

The Court directed the parties to refrain from such activities till final determination of the issue and posted the matter for May 16.
