Terrorists hold civilians hostage in Afghan bank

Terrorists reportedly affiliated with Taliban has reportedly held an unknown number of civilians in a bank in Helmand province of Afghanistan on Wednesday afternnon.

As per reports, Taliban terrorists stormed into the bank after a blast outside the bank after which a gunfight ensued between them and security personnel.

“Around four terrorists attacked the bank, one of whom detonated his explosives devices in which 10 persons have been killed,” police officials reportedly said.

Media reports quoted an Bank employee, who escaped the terror attack, saying that there were several government employees at the bank as they had come to collect their salaries at the time of incident.
