Just two days before the voting for second phase in J&K assembly polls, terrorists on Sunday night shot a Sarpanch in Shopian area of Kashmir.

As per reports, Mohammad Sultan Bhat, a Sarpanch of ruling National Conference, was shot dead near his house in Nazneenpora in Shopian area at around 9.30 pm.
