#AirAsia QZ8501 flight crash: Rescuers bring two bodies to Indonesian city

Rescue officials on Wednesday evening brought first two bodies from Barneo Island from the #AirAsia QZ8501 flight crash site to Indonesian city, Surabaya.

As per reports, two bodies, marked 001 and 002 were brought in coffins that were bedecked with flowers by air force, where hundreds of relatives of #AirAsia QZ8501 flight passengers await for any news regarding their loved one.

Indonesian authorities said that seven bodies were recovered from Java sea and they were fully clothed which indicates towards the possibility of #AirAsia QZ8501 flight was intact when it hit sea floor.

However, authorities denied reports about a body being found with life jacket on and said that the body and life jacket were recovered separately.

The search teams have also detected the wreckage of #AirAsia QZ8501 flight at the bottom of Java sea, few miles off Barneo Island with the help of sonar equipment.

The authorities have reportedly found a big black object at the bottom of Java sea from where Rescue teams have recovered bodies and the object is being presumed to be the wreckage of #AirAsia QZ8501 flight.

Indonesian ATC officials said that the flight data of #AirAsia QZ8501 flight indicates that it took steep upward climb just before crash on December 28 when it went missing with 162 passengers on board.
