124 students killed in terrorist attack on Peshawar Army School

124 students and three teachers have reportedly been killed so far in the terrorist attack on Peshawar Army School on Tuesday mroning while 100 students have suffered critical gunshot injuries.

As per reports, 5-6 terrorists stormed into Peshawar Army School building on Tuesday morning by scaling the boundary wall and opened indiscriminate firing on students and teachers.

Pakistan authorities confirmed the casualties in the terrorist attack on Peshawar Army School and said that one army personnel has also been killed in the attack. Many students and teachers have managed to escape from the school premises and they have been shifted to safe locations.

Media reports claimed that the students were appearing in exams when the terrorists stormed the school and opened firing.

At present, heavy gunfight is on the Peshawar Army School premises and explosion

One suicide bomber has reportedly blown himself outside auditorium where students and teachers have reportedly holed up to avert injuries in the gunfire between security forces and militants.

Reports say that Pakistan Taliban have claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack and six suicide bombers have holed up inside the Peshawar Army School.

Mudassir Abbas, an eyewitness claimed that the terrorists were wearing army uniforms and they stormed into the school building by crossing the boundary wall of the school.

“The terrorists went to each classroom and opened indiscriminate firing on teachers and students present in the classes,” Abbas claimed.

Meanwhile, security personnel have surrounded the school premises and major operation is currently on to flush out the terrorists.
