Indian govt hikes LPG rates by Rs 3 per cylinder

Indian government on Tuesday hiked the rates of subsidised LPG by Rs 3 per cylinder as the government has increased commission paid to the LPG dealers from Rs 40.71 to Rs 43.71.

As per reports, the new rates have come into effect from October 23 after the government decision on hiking the commission.

The Dealers’ Commission was earlier hiked during UPA regime in December 2013.
