Punjab government on Tuesday transferred 14 Indian Administrative Service officers (IAS) of the state with immediate effect.
A Punjab government spokesperson said that Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal approved the transfer/postings of the 14 IAS Officers of the state.
Jagpal Singh Sandhu, Principal Secretary, Home Affairs and Justice has been given additional charge of Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Principal Secretary, Information and Public Relations(on relieving of N S Kang, IAS, FCR for Central deputation).
Dharamvir, Principal Secretary, Surplus Pool has been posted as Principal Secretary, Punjab State Human Rights Commission.
C Roul, Principal Secretary, Governance Reforms & Director General, MGSIPA has been transferred to Principal Secretary, School Education, B Sarkar, Secretary, Punjab State Human Rights Commission to Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities & Commissioner, Surplus Pool, Ravneet Kaur, Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs, Principal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs and additional charge of Principal Secretary, Coordination (Cabinet Affairs in General Administration Department, relieving Sanjay Kumar, IAS of the additional charge.
