Indian President notifies portfolios allotted among Modi’s cabinet ministers

New Delhi/May 27
Indian President Pranab Mukherjee on Tuesday notified portfolios as advised by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi among the members of the Union Council of Ministers.
As per the notification, Modi would hold the charge of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Atomic Energy, Department of Space, all important policy issues and all other portfolios not allocated to any Minister.
While in the rank of cabinet ministers, Raj Nath Singh will oversee Home Affairs, Sushma Swaraj — External Affairs and Overseas Indian Affairs, Arun Jaitley – Finance, Corporate Affairs, Defence, M.
