Congress candidate Imran Masood arrested for hate speech on Modi

Congress candidate from Saharanpur Lok Sabha seat Imran Masood was arrested on Friday night for hate speech on Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
As per reports, UP police arrested Masood last night under Representation of People’s Act and other sections of IPC including SC/ST Act for threatening to chop Modi into pieces in an election rally yesterday.
Earlier on Friday, Masood while addressing people in Saharanpur constituency as part of campaigning for upcoming Lok Sabha polls had threatened to chop Modi into pieces.
