AAP leader Binny terms Arvind Kejriwal, other leaders opportunist

New Delhi/January 16
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Vinod Kumar Binny on Thursday termed Arvind Kejriwal and other party leaders as opportunist and said that the party is following the policy of ‘use and throw’, be it Anna Hazare or Kiran Bedi.
Addressing mediapersons here today, Binny alleged that the party is backtracking on the promises made to the people of Delhi and all decisions of the party are influenced by Congress party as Sandeep Dikshit, the son of former CM Shiela Dikshit, is close to Kejriwal.
“I am fighting the battle for truth as AAP has betrayed the people of Delhi on several promises made in the election manifesto be it power, water, Lokpal Bill or forming commando force for the safety of women in national capital,” Binny said, adding that all the decisions taken by 19-day old AAP led Delhi government is just clever play of words.
Binny gave AAP led Delhi government to fulfill promises made to the citizens of Delhi before January 27 or ‘I will sit on indefinite hunger strike on Jantar Mantar from Janaury 27 in support of my demands’.
Reacting on the allegations of being selfish as he is rebelling against for denial of ticket for Lok Sabha elections, Binny said that he never asked for ticket or any portfolio in Delhi government and challenged Arvind Kejriwal to prove the allegations or resign from his post, in case, he proves allegations ‘I will tender my resignation’.
Binny alleged that Kejriwal is behaving like a ‘dictator’ and lashed out at CNN IBN journalist Ashutosh Sharma for calling him selfish, by saying that Ashutosh is opportunist as he has joined AAP when party has come into power and is getting wide support from general public across the country.
