LeT operative arrested with huge cache of explosives from Haryana

Delhi police’s Special Cell on Friday arrested an alleged Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) operative from Mewat in Haryana along with huge cache of arms and ammunition, however, his accomplices reportedly managed to escape from the spot.
As per reports, the alleged LeT operative Mohammad Shahid was arrested from Mewat in Haryana on the basis of intelligence input and the police officials have recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition from his possession.
“Shahid was in constant touch with his masters in Pakistan and he had undergone training at LeT’s terrorist camp. He along with his accomplices were preparing explosives at their hideout,” police sources said, adding that Shahid was arrested by the police while his accomplices managed to escape from the spot.
Delhi police have registered a case in this regard and a manhunt has been launched to nab his other associates.
