Sukhu’s allegations against Dhumal is mere publicity stunt: Satti

Shimla/MAY 21
Himachal BJP state president Satpal Satti on Tuesday alleged that Congress president Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu was indulging in cheap politics to gain publicity. Satti said that all allegations made by the Congress president against former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and his MP son Anurag Thakur are white lie.
“Congress party now has become a train corrupt persons and Sukhu himself is passenger in this train. Sukhu himself is contractor turned politician,” Satti alleged.
“If Dhumal and son Anurag Thakur had done something wrong, then he should come out with the facts and figures in the public. But reality is something else and Sukhu is trying to divert the attention of public from the failures of Congress government,” BJP leader said.
In a reaction to allegations made against Anurag Thakur, Satti said Sukhu was feeling jealous of achievements of Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA). It is due to the efforts of HPCA that Dharamshala cricket stadium has been included in the list of cricket stadiums of International level.
Satti advised Sukhu not to indulge in cheap politics and issue statements according to good standards of politics.
