National level archer commits suicide in Army Sports Institute

A 23-year-old national level archer from Assam committing suicide by hanging herself from ceiling in her room in Army Sports Institute in Mundhwa in Pune district of Maharashtra on Friday.
Pratima Boro was found hanging in her room by her coach and other players when they came to check on her after she didn’t turn up to attend practice session at the institute. However, police officials haven’t recovered any suicide note from her possession.
Boro, reportedly, has came to attend national camp at Army Sports institute on April 26 and she had participated in national as well as international level competitions.
Police have informed her parents about the incident and they are further investigating the case to ascertain the real cause behind her suicide.
