60 senior resident doctors to be recruited in Punjab’s medical colleges

Punjab government will recruit 60 senior resident doctors in medical colleges of the state and have started initiated the process for the recruitment.
“Only the PCMS doctor would be eligible for these posts and total 60 posts of Senior Residents are to be filled in medical colleges,” said a spokesperson of Punjab government.
The spokesperson further said that the state government has taken this decision after keeping in mind the problems and difficulties being faced by the patients and the students.
“Eligible candidates can apply only through proper channel and the last date to applying for these posts is June 14, 2013,” said the spokesperson, adding that the application should be sent to the office of Director Medical Education and Research, SCO No 87, sector 40-C, Chandigarh.
