10 persons including three children killed in accident in Himachal’s Hamirpur district

10 persons including seven women and three children were killed near Uhal village in Himachal’s Hamirpur district Tuesday evening when their car, in which they were traveling, fell into a gorge.
The incident took place last evening when the victims, all of whom are the natives of Rajasthan, were traveling a bolero car that was reportedly overcrowded.
The victims used to work as labourers in a road project and were returning home in the Bolero car when it skidded of the road and fell in to 500 metre deep gorge. “Ten persons were killed while five others suffered injuries in the accident and they were rushed to a nearby hospital where they are undergoing treatment,” said the police.
